Fahad Mohamed currently serves as Director – Facilities Management at Emirates Properties Group, where he also leads the construction-to-operations transition for AZHA Community and the infrastructure upgrade programme for Emirates City Master Community. It is the latest chapter in a career built on a single conviction: facilities management is not maintenance work, it is a strategic lever for enterprise value, sustainability, and stakeholder trust.

Alongside two decades in operational leadership, Fahad has spent almost as many years training the next generation of FM professionals — from in-house teams and technical staff to the wider industry through MEFMA's certified training programmes.
